Granville County History Exhibit
Located in the Granville History Museum

The Granville County History Exhibit opened in 2006 in the old Granville County Jail.  Sections of the exhibit include information about the Native Americans of the county, Agriculture, Education, Culture, Military History, Architecture, and Industry.  There is a small theater where a movie gives an overview of Granville History, a series of oral histories recorded by local residents, and many artifacts of interest.  The exhibit is child friendly with several hands-on activities in which to engage.  Visit often to learn about your home county or stop in on a visit to the Oxford area and absorb the flavor of this rural community.
